Take measurements of your chest by passing the tape just under the armpits. The tape must not be tensed.
Measure your shoulders from one side to another
Measure your waist.
Measure the sleeve length, the distance between the seam on the shoulder and the point where the sleeve ends. If you bend your arm you pass the meter from behind the elbow to the cuff.
